What we collect and why

When you join the preview waitlist, we store your email, signup time, source and privacy-notice version in Supabase and email you a shared browsing pass. This happens whether or not you select the optional marketing checkbox. We record marketing consent, including its wording and date, only if you opt in; only those subscribers may receive VITA launch marketing and product updates. We may also collect optional product interests on other early-access forms. The pass is not an individual customer account. Public policy and contact pages remain available without subscribing.

For wholesale enquiries, we collect your business name, contact name, business email, country, retailer type, estimated quantity and optional message to respond to your request. We propose legitimate interests as the basis for handling business enquiries, subject to review by VITA’s privacy adviser. An enquiry does not opt you into marketing.

Storage and access

Records are stored in Supabase and processed through our website hosting infrastructure. Preview-pass emails are sent through Resend when that feature is active. Access is restricted to the server and authorised administrators. VITA must confirm processor agreements, hosting regions and any international-transfer safeguards before publishing this notice. We do not sell signup or enquiry information.

Analytics choices

Optional analytics run only after you allow them. They record product page views, early-access clicks, successful form submissions and selected products, with an event timestamp. They do not include emails, message contents or persistent visitor identifiers. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser using local storage. Change it using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining does not affect the forms. Hosting providers may maintain separate technical security logs.

Retention and your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw marketing consent, or object to enquiry processing by emailing waitlist@vitapouches.co.uk. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. The final policy must specify retention periods and be approved by VITA’s privacy adviser.

Unsubscribing and preferences

Email waitlist@vitapouches.co.uk to unsubscribe or change product preferences. VITA must action these requests before any subsequent campaign. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further marketing. Every launch marketing email must include a working unsubscribe method. Re-entering an existing address does not change its preferences or restore withdrawn consent.
